Praise be to Allah, Lord of the Worlds, and prayers and peace be upon our Prophet Muhammad and all his family and companions.
The administration and staff of the College of Administration and Economics, including faculty members and administrative personnel, warmly welcome seekers of knowledge who visit the college's website. Our aim is for you to explore the reality of the college, its academic programs, teaching and community plans, distinguished infrastructure, and facilities. These provide an ideal environment for our students to acquire specialized knowledge in various fields of administrative and economic sciences and their applications.
This is achieved by adhering to the college's vision, mission, and objectives, which involve contributing to society by providing the best specialized scientific expertise and frameworks. We also work to implement and encourage targeted research activities for designing scientific research in various administrative and economic fields. This includes accurate diagnosis of problems facing both public and private sectors and scientific data analysis to find appropriate solutions to the many challenges hindering the desired progress in public and private sector organizations and institutions. Furthermore, we encourage academic staff to author and translate works, making the outcomes of these activities accessible to students, researchers, and interested individuals. This empowers them to prepare qualified cadres capable of leading various branches of the national administration and economy in a transparent environment open to global dimensions, benefiting from the achievements of all contemporary international educational institutions. Our graduates will be capable of working efficiently in international and regional environments.
This is accomplished through the academic programs offered by the college. The college has four undergraduate programs: the Department of Economics program, the Public Administration program, the Financial and Banking Sciences program, and the Business Administration program. At the postgraduate level, the Department of Economics offers both Master's and Ph.D. programs. For Public Administration, there is a Higher Diploma program in Security and Strategic Planning, whose graduates receive a Higher Diploma certificate equivalent to a Master's degree, as well as a Master's program in Public Administration. All these programs align with numerous national initiatives aimed at increasing focus on administrative and economic activity, particularly sustainable development and administrative and economic reform projects. This stems from the unique importance and role of administration and economics in achieving the necessary qualitative leap in economic and social development. The college administration's emphasis on this aspect is based on the belief that the wealth of nations and peoples is measured by their distinguished administrative and economic scientific cadres, who possess the ability to utilize national resources prudently, rationally, and with the highest possible efficiency.
The College Deanship, along with the faculty members, continuously strives to develop training plans and programs to keep pace with advancements and emulate contemporary programs in advanced international universities. We are diligently working to expand the specializations the college can offer in the future, meeting both our students' aspirations and society's need for diverse and modern specializations. This also involves keeping abreast of local, regional, and international changes and developments in the educational and research environment.
We all feel proud and honored to be part of this college, and we look forward to the future with optimism and high confidence. We must realize that our success is the success of our homeland, to which we proudly belong.
