Tasks:
- Organizing courses, workshops, and activities related to community service.
- Nominating academic and administrative staff, in accordance with their specializations, to participate in training courses.
- Developing an annual plan that includes courses and workshops based on training needs.
- Supervising training courses and programs, and following up on the official issuance of certificates and attendance lists.
- Determining the dates and locations for courses, workshops, and scientific lectures.
- Informing departments about the courses organized by the Continuing Education Unit, especially those deemed essential.
- Promoting cooperation between university colleges and various community sectors and creating suitable conditions to play a positive role in community service.
- Facilitating communication and exchange of expertise between the university’s academic institutions and professional and healthcare institutions in the local community.
- Preparing reports for each course, conference, or workshop, including the title, number of participants, and a summary of the topic, and submitting them to the Continuing Education Center.
- Issuing certificates of appreciation to participants in workshops.
- Documenting participation in the courses, workshops, and activities organized by the college.
