Vision, Mission, and Strategic Objectives

College Vision Statement

To be a leading management school that inspires and empowers future leaders, prepares the next generation for leadership roles, and drives positive change in business markets and public sectors.

Mission Statement

Our mission is to provide high-quality education and scientific research, along with practical training in management, in Anbar Governorate, Iraq. We have a strong focus on driving sustainable development and promoting digitalization. Our core areas of concentration are Public Administration, Business Administration, Finance and Banking, and Economics. We strive to foster a culture of innovation, critical thinking, ethical leadership, and social responsibility, preparing our students to excel in their careers and make meaningful contributions to both local and national society.

Strategic Objectives

Enhance Academic Quality and Research Excellence: Our College aims to enhance academic quality by recruiting and retaining qualified faculty members, improving curricula, and investing in research infrastructure and resources. This objective can be achieved through initiatives such as faculty development programs, research grants, and partnerships with industry and other academic institutions.

Obtain Accreditation: Our College aims to achieve international accreditation from a recognized accrediting body such as AACSB, AMBA, or EQUIS. Accreditation demonstrates the College's commitment to academic quality and can enhance its reputation and visibility.

Promote Sustainability: Our College aims to promote sustainability in its operations and curriculum. This includes initiatives such as reducing carbon emissions, promoting green practices, and integrating sustainability into the curriculum.

Boost the College's Reputation and Visibility: Our College aims to enhance its reputation and visibility in the region and globally. This can be achieved through initiatives such as participating in international rankings, hosting conferences and events, and showcasing the achievements of faculty and students.

Improve Research Output: Our College aims to increase the quantity and quality of research papers produced by faculty members and students. This can be achieved through initiatives such as providing research grants, supporting faculty development, and encouraging collaboration with industry and other academic institutions.

Develop Industry Partnerships: Our College aims to develop partnerships with industry and government to enhance the practical relevance of its programs. This can be achieved through initiatives such as internships, joint research projects, and guest lectures by industry experts.

Implement Digital Transformation: A management school should aim to implement a comprehensive digital transformation plan that includes digitizing all aspects of its operations, enhancing the use of digital technology in teaching and learning, and offering online programs and courses.

Enhance Internationalization: A management school should aim to enhance internationalization efforts by increasing the number of international students and faculty, developing partnerships with international academic institutions, and offering study abroad programs.

Improve Alumni Engagement: Our College aims to improve alumni engagement by developing programs and initiatives that keep alumni connected with the College and with each other. This can include networking events, mentorship programs, and fundraising initiatives.

Reinforce Reputation and Prominence: Our College aims to reinforce its reputation and prominence by achieving high rankings in international classifications, hosting conferences and events, and showcasing the achievements of faculty and students.
