Furthermore, they must embrace roles, functions, and practices based on a set of standards to ensure quality, effectiveness, and efficiency in their educational and research systems. Indeed, quality has become a requirement with an influential role in educational institutions in today's world.
The quality of higher education is a strategic issue that cannot be ignored or overlooked. Improving the quality of education has become a crucial and strategic goal for all departments, colleges, and universities aspiring to achieve leadership and excellence. This is because the significant challenge they face, now and in the future, lies in their ability to provide high-quality educational and research services that produce distinguished graduates who meet the needs of state institutions, society, and the labor market, and contribute to achieving development programs and their requirements.
